Earlier Today the Supreme leader of the Tijaniyya Muslim Council of Ghana His Eminence Sheikh Khalifa Ustaz Ahmed Abulfaidi Maikano Jallo has signed the Book of Condolence in memory of Queen Elizabeth II at the British High Commission in Accra.
