Mrs. Esther Asiedu, a renowned gospel musician known as Piesie Esther in the entertainment industry, has made it known which political party she supports.
Piesie Esther has made the decision to avoid engaging in party politics, in contrast to her other colleague, Evangelist Diana Asamoah, who has vowed her unwavering support for the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Piesie Esther stated in an exclusive interview with Amansan Krakye on Cape Coast’s Kastle FM that she would gladly accept any invitation to proclaim the gospel through music anywhere she is called upon.
“Perfect as for me when it comes to politics I don’t engage in partisan politics,” she replied.
She continued “Piesie Esther doesn’t do politics because what I know is that I’m singing about the gospel of God.
“So wherever I would be invited to go and perform and I feel that it’s an avenue to spread the gospel that’s where I go,”
She added on Cape Coast based Kastle Drive Show “When it comes to politics I will say that not at all that’s not what I stand for as Piesie Esther,”
